Plainly explained.

The website is hosted on Vercel. Requests include technical information such as IP address, requested page and browser information needed to deliver and protect the site. The website does not upload files through its illustrative task box.

The website counts page views and six actions with Vercel Web Analytics, served from this website (/_vercel/insights), without cookies or profiles: a click on Try free (trial_cta), on a button that downloads ArchX (download), on a button to the ArchX purchase page (purchase_cta) or on an email address (email_click), a booked demo (demo_booked) and a sent inquiry form (contact_sent). With an action we pass on only its name, the path of the page without any codes and the language of the page; a download passes on the operating system (Mac, Mac with Intel processor or Windows) instead of the language. As with every page view, the script also sends the address of the page and the page you came from. Your name, email address and telephone number are never part of the count. A visit is recognized only by a value derived from the request that expires after 24 hours. We see totals only.

Campaign codes are carried in page and purchase links. The U.S. pages do not save those codes in cookies or browser storage. A purchase can associate the campaign with its order so we can understand how an inquiry became a customer. Do not put personal information in campaign codes.

An email link opens your own email application. Your email, contact details and message are used to answer your inquiry, arrange a requested demonstration and handle any resulting business relationship. Send only the information needed. Depending on the applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to processing, including direct marketing. Contact tim@frontierx.ch.
