Your project files.
Your permissions.
Use the information your firm is authorized to process. Give the agent only what the task needs.
The desktop agent works in your project folder.
Project files remain on your computer unless a task sends content to your AI provider or another service. Reading a local file does not mean its content stays local: the connected provider may process the content needed for the task. Check the provider’s terms and your firm’s policy.
The license service is separate from the project.
Account, license, payment and support information is processed by the ArchX service and its providers. Read the service privacy notice for the applicable roles, retention and providers.
Your firm supplies its licensed material.
Code books and standards, AIA contract documents and CSI MasterFormat are not included in the license. ArchX keeps section numbers and titles exactly as your project documents supply them. Use only sources your firm is entitled to process.
Send the smallest useful example.
Use a redacted extract or a synthetic example. Remove client identities, private addresses, signatures, bank details and access keys. A support ticket should not contain a whole project folder when a single page can reproduce the issue.
