What is a seat?
A seat belongs to one person, identified by their email address, on up to two devices at a time. You can reassign it when your team changes.
How much is a practice with five people?
£337 per month or £3,370 per year. The practice licence includes the first person; the other four seats are added separately. Prices exclude VAT.
What is billed separately?
AI usage is paid directly to your account or API provider. Licensed reference material, including JCT, RIBA, NBS, British Standards and Ordnance Survey data, is not included.
Who can buy?
The GBP purchase is for businesses in the United Kingdom. It asks for your business billing address and evidence of business status. Company registration and ARB evidence may need a separate review.
How does VAT work?
Prices exclude VAT. For a qualifying UK business purchase from TYTOS GmbH in Switzerland, the UK business normally accounts for VAT under the reverse charge. The checkout and invoice show the treatment that applies to the verified order. Consumer purchases are not offered.
How do we cancel?
Use Manage seats to open the customer portal and cancel at the end of the current billing period. The licence stays valid until that date. The subscription continues until cancelled.
