Plainly explained.

The website is hosted on Vercel. Requests include technical information such as IP address, requested page and browser information needed to deliver and protect the site. The live site uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate page and click statistics without analytics cookies. The website does not upload files through its illustrative task box.

UK campaign codes are carried in page and purchase links. The UK pages do not save those codes in cookies or browser storage. A purchase can associate the campaign with its order so we can understand how an enquiry became a customer. Do not put personal information in campaign codes.

Booking a demo sends your name, email, telephone number, optional practice name, chosen time and campaign codes to the FrontierX booking service. The booking is stored encrypted. Resend delivers the confirmation and calendar invitation. The appointment and enquiry are recorded in our internal calendar and CRM to arrange and follow up the requested demonstration.

An email link opens your own email application. Your email, contact details and message are used to answer your enquiry and handle any resulting business relationship. Send only the information needed. Account, payment and support processing is covered separately in the ArchX service Privacy Notice.

Depending on the applicable law and processing, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability and may object to processing, including direct marketing.
